Scout, Govt Profile 16in, 1/9 5.56mm

The Core15 Scout is Core's entry-level direct gas impingement gas rifle. This rifle features a 16" 4140 nitrided barrel with an A2 flash hider, 6-position retractable stock (Commercial) with an A2 pistol grip, M4-style thermoset-molded polymer handguards, an oversized trigger guard, a Core15 hardcore billet charging handle (V.1), and a 30-round Mil-Spec GI aluminum magazine. It has a Mil-Spec forged 7075-T6 M4 flattop receiver with a Type III Class II Hard coat anodized finish and M4 feed ramps. The upper has a dry lube internal finish and laser engraved T-markings, and the lower has a beveled Magwell for improved reload speed, machined chevrons in front strap, bullet pictogram safety markings. It features an "F" marked forged A2 front sight base.
