Potential Additional Shipping 

Charges Include:

Charges for over-sized shipping items are necessary for orders where we assume a large cost in additional to normal shipping charges.
Safes, Treestands and other large-objects such as feeders require extra shipment charges because of their dimensional weight. These are different on an item-per-item basis and are charged similarly.


Firearms must be shipped to FFL Dealers or picked up at our store. 
Ammunition cannot be shipped together with your firearm. All ammunition shipped to particular states may require either an FFL to ship to or an FOID to process shipment.
All ammunition must ship ground.  2nd-day Air or Next Day Air are restricted for all ammunition.
Orders will not be shipped on Saturday or Sunday or any other day that USPS, UPS and Fed ex. does not provide pick-up, such as a holiday. We cannot ship reloading powder or primers. These are for in-store pickup only. Firearms only ship Monday-Thursday.

Cancelled Orders

If an item is canceled prior to shipping, we will simply cancel the order without the need for a refund. We do not guarnatee a specific cancellation window. Please submit your cancellation request quickly by phone and speak with a representative for a guranteed cancellation.
If an order is canceled after the order has shipped, the item will be deemed a return. The customer will need to return the item before a refund can be processed.

Returns: Wrong item shipped

If the wrong item has been shipped to you, please call and let us know. We will send you a shipping label so you won’t have to pay for return shipping. Please keep all original packaging in premium condition and do not open or use the item in anyway as this will change the terms of the refund.
Once the item has been received and approved for return you will receive a full refund credited the same way it was paid.

This policy applies to Firearms ONLY - If the firearm has not yet been transfered to the buyer ... Returns - Damaged New Items & No-Longer-New Items

If you recieve an item that was damaged in transit we will provide a full refund and ship an undamaged replacement as soon as possible. We may request you take pictures of the item. Items that have been: “Tried”, “Used”, “Tested”, etc., or has Opened Packaging these products are “No-Longer-New” and will not be eligeable for a full refund.

Items after 60 days from the arrival date will be deemed: “No-Longer-New” regardless of the condition and will not be eligible for a full refund. Depending on the condition, situation, and type of product you wish to return we will provide in-store credit to be quoted when you call to discuss your return.

Returns: Ammunition

For safety reasons, ammunition cannot be returned under any condition.

Unwanted Items, Wrong Size
Buyers have 60 Days from the arrival date to be eligible for a refund. Original packaging must be free from damage and contain all original parts and packing materials to apply for a refund. Items must be in un-used or un-assembeled, un-worn condition. (If you try on clothing, do not wear it outside). You must pay for shipping on returned items.
Certain packages will be taped with special security tape to prevent tampering with products. Tape that is tampered with indicates boxes opened, these will be refused at the dock and are not eligible for a refund. All returns are subject to a full refund unless it is not in the original shape when it was sent. If it is not in the original condition it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns: Warranty Issues, Product Quality

All products ship new-in-box as packaged by the original manufacturer. Manufacturers are responsible to handle all warranty issues involving parts and condition of items.
Expected quality or functionality of an item is the Manufactuer’s responsibilty. We do not guarantee quality or functionality of products purchased.

Returns: All gun sales are final

There are a few exceptions:
Shipping damage or visible firearm defect. If something is visibly damaged, do not proceed with the background check / transfer. 
Call immediately.
Wrong firearm sent. We may have made a mistake, do no proceed with the background check / transfer. 
Call immediately.
Unable to own firearm. If you are unable to own the firearm because of federal, state or local laws you will be required to pay for all return shipping charges, a restocking fee of 10%, original shipping costs are not refundable. It is your responsibility to pass the required background check as well as your responsibility to be aware of any Federal, State, or Local restrictions that apply to you.
