The RC-130 scale has many of the same quality features that you find in RCBS's other scales. A precision-machined aluminum beam means that weight increments are accurate and repeatable. Beam poises are metal plates, just like higher-priced scales. True magnetic dampening completes the picture to allow fast, stable, and accurate readings. The critical beam pivots are steel-on-steel, not steel-on-aluminum like another company uses. The pivot bearings are cylindrical for the smallest possible contact area ensuring better accuracy. It weighs up to 130 grains with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 grains. The sturdy base and easy-to-read index bar are molded from tough ABS polymer. The non-static powder pan with integral hanger allows easy transfer of powder to the cartridge case.
