Shipping - Terms

Orders placed Monday - Friday during business hours will usually be processed and shipped within 48 hours given product availability and proper payment verification.

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Please take into account all federal holidays.

Oversize items incur additional shipping charges.

Please call us before chooseing express or overnight shipping. Not all products are available for these services.

UPS - Fed Ex --Orders will typically be delivered within 3 - 5 business days (Monday-Friday) and may be delayed due to federal holidays.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

Please allow additional time for delivery - Additional delivery charges may apply

Canada

We will not process or ship items that are unlawful to own in Canada

Ammuntion is not available for our Canada customers

Items must be paid for in US funds

Taxes & duties are the responsibility of the purchaser

Returns - Exchanges - Refunds

Online purchases must be returned with 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in new condition including: receipt, origininal box, packing, directions, parts and accessories to receive a full refund.

Shipping fees will not be refunded unless we shipped the wrong item.

CD, DVD or CD- ROM items must be in original wrapping and be unopened for a full refund.

Return shipping must be pre-paid - No C.O.D. shipments

Warranty - Repairs - Defects

Warranties are backed by the manufacturer. Please contact them directly for warranty or repair information.

Refunds or replacements will only take place once the defect has been authorized by the manufacturer.
